There are five stages to each event fully managed by KEM Events.
We are happy to work on single components of your event, working hand-in-hand with your team,
or to take over the entire project for you.
This is where we take your brief. But we also dig deeper, fully appreciating what it is you want to achieve through this event or series of events, and how that supports your business strategy. We also take on board your company philosophy, brand values and image, clarify how the event owner likes to function, and define what success will look like.
Here we turn those goals, ideas and environment into event snapshots, recommending destinations, venues, event formats, programmes and activities that truly reflect your company or association, and will deliver on your objectives.
At this stage, we roll up our sleeves and get into the thick of things, through a structured project management approach - but never forgetting to have fun as we work! We handle contracting (accommodation, venue, audio visual, speakers, artists and other ad hoc suppliers), website design and set-up, attendee invitation and registration, travel coordination, printing, temporary staff hiring and briefing, and all the logistical planning - including contingencies. We provide you with a project plan and tailored reporting, highlighting issues so these can be addressed before they jeopardize any part of the delivery.
We are also able to handle single components of your event, working hand-in-hand with your team.
The curtain rises on your event. You take on your role as host whilst we make it all happen for you and your stakeholders from the wings.
This is where we thank you for your business, celebrate, and provide event data as agreed in phase 1, and recommendations for future events; report on successes and learnings, and ask you how you feel we performed, paving the way for continued success.
